The Leadership Foundation believes that through insight, inspiration and information you can become a truly effective leader.
It is the objective of The Leadership Foundation to work with Chief Executives, Board Directors, Senior Managers and emerging leaders to develop the self-confidence, vision and behaviours to become exceptional leaders.

The Art of Leadership
Leadership is a popular and perhaps overused word. For some people it is something to be embraced, for others it is to be feared or is a mysterious thing that is the preserve of an elite few.

Leadership and Learning
Every leader is responsible for his or her development and must be committed to learning, developing and growing. Learning and development creates better people and better business.
The Leadership Development Programme is a journey of personal awareness and self-improvement. You will gain insights into leadership to empower and transform yourself, your people and your business.
The Leadership Development Programme
For a period of 12 months you will be immersed in a learning environment where you will:
- Understand how to influence thinking, action and behaviour
- Create lasting change in yourself and others
- Discover your inner strengths
- Improve your leadership skills and capability
- Reduce isolation and loneliness
- Boost the effectiveness of your teams and business
- Apply these tools in and beyond your own business
The Programme includes:
Coaching – one-to-one leadership coaching sessions
Master Classes – learn from experienced leaders
Insight Sessions – develop insights and solutions in a non-competitive peer environment
Briefings – regular e-briefing, newsletter and articles on current leadership topics
Web-based Support – maintain contacts and network via the members site
You will have an opportunity to participate at one of 3 levels:
£6,202 (including VAT)
Attendee Membership
£70.50 (including VAT) per masterclass
